Who we are
This notice explains how Cartridge Care Bury uses personal information submitted through this website. You can contact us about privacy matters through the contact page or by calling 0161 738 1001.
Information we collect
When you use a contact or quote form, we may collect your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, printer or cartridge details, enquiry text and any invoice image or PDF you choose to upload. Normal website security logs may also record technical information such as an IP address and browser details.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare requested quotes, provide customer service, prevent spam and fraud, keep appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. Depending on the circumstances, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, to perform a contract, to meet a legal obligation or for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service.
Who receives it
Information is available only to people and service providers who need it to operate the website, deliver email, manage enquiries or supply the requested service. We do not sell form information. We may disclose information where required by law.
Invoice uploads
An uploaded invoice is optional and should contain only information needed for a cartridge price review. Uploads are restricted to PDF, JPG, JPEG and PNG files up to 10 MB. Do not include bank details, payment-card data or unrelated personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and quote information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected, to manage the customer relationship, to protect the service, or to meet legal, accounting and tax requirements. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or securely anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on the lawful basis and circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, object to processing, request portability and withdraw consent where consent is the basis used. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Security and changes
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice when the website, forms or legal requirements change; the date above shows the latest revision.
